He is survived by: his wife Christine M.; his daughter Wendy Fadeley (Robert); his grandson Eric Applegate; his brother Lawrence Stroh (Carol); and his brother-in-law Edward Buczynski (Diane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Jerry's name to the Cheektowaga Lions Club.
