It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celestine Szemenciak (Cheektowaga, New York), who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 111, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Szemenciak; her son Paul M. Szemenciak; her grandson David Kwiatkowski; and her parents, Frank Siemankowski and Rose Siemankowski.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Bowman Kwiatkowski (late Stanley), Deanna Bowman Machtel, Peter J. and Carol Szemenciak Morris (Jerry); her grandchildren, Kim Kwiatkowski (Linda), Cindy Mesmer (Terry), Jill (David), Cheryl Barker (George), Pfalzer, Jeff (Janell), Beth Lauricella (Sam) and Dina Goembel (Patrick); and her siblings, Rosalie Siemankowski Owsian, Dr Francis Siemankowski (Stephanie), Louise Siemankowski, Raymond Siemankowski and John Carl Siemankowski (Emily). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
