With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara L Gekas (Cheektowaga, New York), who passed away on April 2, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Gekas; her parents, Richard J. Pasciak and Harriett Pasciak; and her brother Lawrence. She is survived by: her children, Timothy (Kimberly), Brenda Melligan (John) and Brian; her grandsons, Justin, Colin and Sean; her siblings, Philip Pasciak (Kathy), Julian Pasciak (Beth), Cindy Pasciak (Mike), Louise Dunevant (Christopher) and Carl Pasciak; and her sister-in-law Mary Sue Pasciak (Edward). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
