He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonie Barber and Dora Barber (King); his brother Junior Barber; and his granddaughter Kirsten Nolan. He is survived by: his wife Agnes; and his children, Karen, Brad and Tim. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews.
