He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dennis Thomas and Clara Thomas (Phillips); his wife Anne Thomas; his daughters, Susan Ealey (William) and Jane Simpson; and his grandchildren, Winfred Simpson (Kristen Ashline), Carly Hamelin (Ben), Harmony Simpson (Steve Lenhart), Savannah Hein (Chris), Candi Dahlenburg (Dave) and Samantha Ealey (Nick Bartholdi). He was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren and 2 nephews.
