McWhinnie of Chazy, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin McWhinnie and Esther McWhinnie (Labare); his grandparents, Edwin, Jessie McWhinnie (Todd), Homer and Elsie Labare (Lewis); and his stepgrandmother Helen Labare (Dickson).
He is survived by: his sister Mary Faye; and his nephew Todd S. Pratt.
