He is survived by: his wife Rita Demers Oliver; his children, Denise Gagne (Wade Hebert), Kathy Korona (John), Bruce Oliver (Cheryl), Roland Oliver (Sonya) and Jonathan Oliver (Anna); his siblings, Bernard Oliver of Chazy, Leo Oliver (Susan) of West Chazy, Giselle Corron (Elmer) of Archdale, N. C. and Irene Baker of Chazy; and his sister-in-law Rose Oliver of Plattsburgh. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In memory of Andrew donations may be made to Hospice of the North Country.
