Skinner of Cato, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zenon LaFrance and Josephine Landry LaFrance; her husband Robert Skinner Sr.; and her sons, Howard Skinner and Craig Skinner.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Skinner (Carrie) of Sterling, Patricia Bench of Victory, Scott Skinner (Pam) of Baldwinsville, Brian Skinner (Wayne) of Victory, Bruce Skinner (Karin) of Victory and Eric Skinner of Victory; her daughter-in-law Susan Skinner; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Arnold of Victory, Phyllis Witherell of Gouverneur and Velma Arnold of Rome. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
