He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Havens; his children, Michael (Leigh), Sean (Nancy) and Jeanie (KP Walsh); his grandchildren, Laine, Meara, Charles and Samuel; and his siblings, William Havens (Karen) and Margaret Woods (Gary).

In Lieu of Flowers, contributions can be made to UR Medicine Hospice in Ontario and Yates Counties.
