He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Plopper and Margaret Plopper (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Plopper (Terrillion); his daughters, Ellen Eves (Kevin Morgan) of Natural Bridge, NY, Dawn Washburn (Andrew) of Fuquay-Varina, Holly Muir (Greg) of Cazenovia, NY and Diane Rucker (Robert) of Carthage, NY; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Eves, Ashley Eves, Aaron Eves, Ian Washburn, Chloe Washburn, Brenden Sheltray, Devin Rucker Fox (Cody), Brooke Rucker Genter (Josh) and Haley Rucker Farney (Tarren). He is also survived by five great-granddaughters.
