He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. Webb and S. Marguereta Webb (Bradshaw); his wife Lorna M. Steen; and his brother Herbert J. Webb. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Eschmann (Wilfried), Pamela Bethell (Jim), Janice Acklin (Roy) and Ruth Leslie (Rob); and his brothers, John W. Webb (Betty) and Richard J. Webb (Sandy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to First Presbyterian Church of Canton or to Hospice & Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley.
