He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Allen and Margaret Allen (Goodcourage). He is survived by: his wife Carol Allen; his sons, Timothy Allen (Julie), Joseph Allen (Carmen), Christopher Allen (Sarah) and Mark Allen (Lyndsay); and his siblings, Betty O'Neil (Red), Keith "Wm" Allen (Barbara), Karmen Gurney (Norman) and Terry Allen (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
