She is survived by: her husband Robert Butler; her son Kevin Butler (Goldrena) of Berea, KY; her granddaughters, McKenna, Kelsey and Dakota Butler; and her siblings, Harold Lehman Jr. (Sherrie) of Sandy Creek, Floyd "Skip" Lehman of San Antonio, TX and Mary Edwards (Dave) of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
