She was predeceased by: her parents, Alford Lewis and Isabelle Lewis (Brown); and her brothers, Alford Jr. and Mitchell Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Smith Sr.; her children, Rebecca Young (Michael Alexander) and Bruce Smith (Jody Agee); her grandchildren, Shawna, Kain Young, Kaitlyn, Matthew and Cameron Smith; her great grandchildren, Serenity, Elana, Levi and Madison; and her brothers, Phillip and Gary Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
