With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maureen Howard of Canton, New York, born in Medford, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 24, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Smith and Margaret Smith (McKenna); and her brothers, Richard and William Smith. She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Howard; her children, Paul E. II Howard (Phyllis), Kelly M. Merrill (Bryan) and Erin M. Backus (Russ); her grandchildren, Erik, Megan Howard, Bryan II, Sean Merrill and Rory Backus; her brother Frederick Smith; and her sister-in-law Barbara Smith.
