She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Steen and Mildred Steen (Carr). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Webb of Canton; her daughters, Paula Eschmann (Wilfred), Pamela Bethell (Jim), Janice Acklin (Roy) and Ruth Leslie (Rob); and her sister Shirley Fuller. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; a great-grandson.
Due to the current pandemic, funeral services will be held privately for the immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Canton or to the Church and Community Program, Canton.
