She is survived by: her parent Nettie Merritt (Coffey); her spouses, Donald Carpenter and Gerald of Canton; her children, Gerald W. Cross (Sadie Nisbeth) of Canton, Joseph W. Cross of Saranac Lake, David Carpenter of Edwards and Grace M. of Pierrepont; and also Cross-Burns of Pierrepont. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and foster children.
