She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Carr and Frances Carr (Lalonde); and her brother James Carr. She is survived by: her husband Stuart Armstrong of Waddington; her sons, Earl Armstrong of Massena and Jimmy Armstrong (Erin) of Waddington; and her grandson Austin Armstrong of Waddington.
Due to the current pandemic her funeral will be limited to family and close neighbors.
