He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael E. and Evelyn; and his siblings, Richard Regan, Michael Regan and Elizabeth "Betty" Morrow.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle (Tootie); his son Scott (Mary Margaret Regan) of Frisco, TX; his siblings, Patrick Regan of Pierrepont, Lawrence Regan (Sandy) of South Colton, Bernard Regan (Debbie) of Colton, Thomas Regan (Jodi) of Ogdensburg, Elaine Capps of Florida and Mary Fisher (Ed Gordon) of South Colton; and his mother-in-law Betty Hardy of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid-19, there will be no funeral or calling hours at this time.
