She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer N. Votra and Norreen Votra (Andrews); her husband David; and her brothers, Stephen and James Votra.
She is survived by: her children, Angela J. Swinyer (Truman) of Norwood, David R. Mattice Jr. (Jacob) of Ballston Lake and Erich Mattice of Morley; and her siblings, Robin Votra-Dafoe (Bill), Tammy Brown (Mike) and Mary Jankiewicz. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchild.
