We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023, at the age of 80, Carole E. Blackburn of Canton, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carole E. Blackburn to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Crowe and Mary Crowe (Murphy); her former husband Gary Felt; and her brother Jamie Crowe. She is survived by: her children, Larry Felt (Jan), Lisa MacLennan (Carol), Lori Remington (Brian) and Lynn Hammer (Andy); and her sister Shirley Cloce. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
