He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Bristol; and his parents, Leo Bristol and Esther Dennee Bristol. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy (Brittany Bristol) of Scotia and Justin (Karen Bristol) of DeKalb Junction; his siblings, Rodney Bristol of Russell, Sidney (Tina Bristol) of Russell, Jeffrey Bristol of Potsdam, Leo Bristol of Russell, Carolyn (Tom Moulthorp) of Canton and Vera "Jeannine" Randall of Ohio; his grandchildren, Kyle Bristol, Lily Bristol, Sam Vandeputte and John Vandeputte; and his former wife Carol Fleming. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
