He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Peabody and Goldie Peabody (Zellar); and his siblings, Warren, Harold, Floyd Peabody and Fredia Chamberlain.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Stone. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and very close friends.
