He is survived by: his wife Jennifer "Jen" Mahoney; his sister Marnie of Canandaigua; his cousin Sam Martillotta (Paula) of Chardon, OH; and also, Alexandra, Samuel, Jr., Audrey, John Martillotta (Olivia), Samantha Martillotta and Daniel Cohen (Colleen).
