He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Kerr and Gladys Elford Kerr; his wife Joyanne I. Carpenter; his children, Ashli Kerr (Bryan) and John D. Kerr; his grandchildren, Collin, Aidan, Alexandra, Victoria, Paul, Benjamin, Kade and Annalise; his stepchildren, Christianna Nichols (Jamie) and Brian Hartman; his sisters, Lorrie Healy and Bonnie Rochelle; and his brothers-in-law, David Carpenter (Brenda) and Jon Carpenter (Jennifer). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
