He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Ruscitto and Sarah Ruscitto (Jayne); his daughter Tina; his siblings, Patricia Warren and Charles Ruscitto; his grandson Benjamin Snyder; and his great grandchild Madison Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Ruscitto (McKenna) of Campbell; his children, Cindy Hammond (Robert) of Bath, John Ruscitto of Springwater, Diane Lodge (Scott) of Summerville, SC, James III Ruscitto (Linda) of Wayland and Amy Ruscitto of Victor; his stepson Rick Smith (Bryan Snyder) of Horseheads; and his niece Charlene Ryan of Avoca. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
