He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Plank, and Clarabelle Plank, Sr. (Chapman); his brothers, Jesse Jr., James, William and Larry Plank; and his granddaughter Olivia Ann DeVeaux.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Thompson; his children, Debbie Marie Ashworth (Jon) of Arizona, Debra Ann Williams of Corning, Michele R. Comstock of Big Flats, Autumn L. and Viriginia; his grandchildren, Scott Ashworth of Arizona, Michael Ashworth (Laura) of Canada, Crystelle Spinnler of Pennsylvania, Ashley Williams of Delaware, Leslie Williams of Delaware, Ryan Comstock (Kayla) of California and Michael DeVeaux Jr. of Virginia; and his sisters, Bonnie Saltzer of Bath and Mary Stout of Whitesville. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
