He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Yvonne; his son Ronald Raymond Desjardins; and his brother Claude Desjardins. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patsy" Jung; his children, Sheryl Desjardins of Fairmount, Serge Desjardins (Marie), Martin Desjardins (Shelley) and Steven Desjardins; his grandchildren, Kerry, Colton, Amber, Martin, Steven Jr, Jade and Shelby; his great grandchildren, Bailee and Michael; and his siblings, Gilbert, Suzanne and Colette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
