He is survived by: his siblings, David (Joani), Richard (Debbie) and Buffie (Ray); his close friend Richard Pook of Glasgow, KY; his daughter Ann-Marie Carnicelli; his grandchildren, Rachel and Joe Carnicelli; his son Robert E. Hole; his grandchildren, Bobby Nathan and Natalie Jane Hole; and also Brenda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
