It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Binns (Camillus, New York), born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Binns and Leona Binns; and his sister Jane Flaherty. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Edward (Dannielle) of Camillus, Michael (Kristin Smith) of Camillus and Kathleen DePasquale (John) of Brewerton; his siblings, Dean Binns (Pat) of Camillus and Donna Valls (Frank) of Onondaga Hill; his brother-in-law Richard Flaherty of Camillus; and his grandchildren, Tyler of Marine, LC, Madeline, Katie and MacKenzie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
