She is survived by: her children, Steven Sapka (Christena) of Syracuse and Cathy Cuozzo of Syracuse; and her grandchildren, Greg McCarthy, Michele Slack (Mike), Tena Reiser (Peter), Stepheni Sapka and Mark Sapka. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
