He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Brzostek and Bertha Brzostek (Meck). He is survived by: his wife Joanne DeRose; his children, Jimmy Duprey (Jenna) of Fairmount, Lisa Duprey of Fairmount and Michael Brzostek (Olivia Delello) of Fairmount; his grandchildren, Chase Foresti, Ava, Livi Duprey, Mikey Brzostek and Madilynn Stepien; his godchildren, Nick, Benjamin and Samantha; his siblings, Carol (Fred), Bobby (Pam), Ronnie (Lynn), Cindy (Bill) and Chet (Gerry); and his siblings-in-law, Janette, Mary, Carolann, Andy, Paul, Joe and Sandy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Golisano Children's Hospital.
