He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Wilson Marrs and Mildred Louise Love; his brothers, David and Edwin; his wife Beverly Thomas; his children, John (Candace) of Nederland, CO, Dana (Debbie) of Titusville, FL and Elaine Potter (William Garrison) of Marietta; his sister Melissa Sweet of Saugerties; and his sister-in-law Patricia Marrs of Syracuse. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
