It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen P. Preston (Camillus, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Pfeffer and Sophia Pfeffer; her husband John; her brother Kurt; her daughter Barbara; and her grandson Peter.

She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Preston (Paul D'Ononfrio) of Delmar and James Preston (Gwenn) of Lake Forest, CA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Contributions may be made in Helen's honor to the Community Hospice Foundation, 310 S. Manning Blvd., Albany, NY 12208 or the Humane Association of CNY, 4915 W. Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088.
