He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rice and Celia Rice. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Rice (Riccardi); his children, Angela Mackert (Todd) of Charlotte, NC, Marc Rice of Buffalo, Jeffrey Rice of Syracuse and Tony Rice (Carly) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Alaina and Nathan; and his brother Jack Rice. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
