We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2022, at the age of 97, Donald E. Kelsey (Camillus, New York), born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Vance; his children, Carol Kelly (Doug) of Chapel Hill, NC and Stephen Kelsey (Gillian) of Edgewood, NM.; his grandchildren, Megan Sandquist (Kelly) of Evergreen, CO, Justin Kelly of Glencoe, IL, Heather Kelsey of Sebastian, FL, James Kelsey of Poway, CA and Mikaela Kelsey of Raleigh, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Callan, Anderson, Landyn Sandquist, Mia, Isla Kelly, Christian and Lucy Kelsey.
