It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Bates Jr. (Cambridge, New York), who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth E. M. Bates; and his siblings, John, Donald and May Elliott. He is survived by: his sons, Henry III (Dale), David (Laurie) and Timothy (Cherise); his grandchildren, Shawn, Luke, Michael, Daniel, Sarah, Noah, Carissa and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Jared, Josiah, Lauren, Ruth, Esther Bates, Veda and Maxwell Worboys.
