With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jean Bertoline in Brooklyn, New York, born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jean left this world on November 10, 2024 at the age of 100, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jean shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jean farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Susie Nelson and Nels Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Jeanne, Steven and Susan. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home (29 Atlantic Ave, Floral Park, NY 11001). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory R. C. Church (2 Floral Pkwy, Floral Park, NY 11001). A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11933).
