He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Hall. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Power (Ed) of Elizabeth City, NC and Leslie Williams (Kristin) of Black River, NY; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Shannon, Edmond, Jessica, Curtis and Jacob. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
