Perhach IV and John Phillip Perhach; his siblings-in-law, Joe (Barb Dundon) and Patricia Dundon; his nieces and nephews, John Paul, Tammy Dundon, Joseph, Kristin Dundon, Adam, Stephanie Dundon, James and Maribeth Dundon; his cousins, Ruth, Paul Hydock, Bill, Rebecca Perhach, Dorothy Perhach, Jeannie Fisher, Greg, Brenda Sabol, Chuck, Ellie Jakaitis, Linda Jakaitis, Richard Sargalis and Edward Sargalis; his family, Michael and Nicole Hansen; and his close friends, Joe Farrell, Joan Farrell, Cynthia Rinaldi, Rick Senko, Peter Raimondi, Bill and Sue McGowan.
