He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Palmatier, Joshua Palmatier and Tonyia Palmatier; his siblings, Linda Palmatier, Robert Palmatier (Connie), Raymond Palmatier (Vonnie) and Lori Soper (Ken); and his close friend Rosie Couch. He is also survived by several grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
