He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, John Derby (Juliet) and Mary Ann Griffiths (Barry); his girlfriend Frances Zizka; his nieces and nephews, Nicole Levine (Jason), Tiffany Kallhovd (Erik), Matthew Derby (Chelsea), Alison Griffiths, Juliann-Kate Toohey and Michael Toohey; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Grady Levine, Annie Bea Levine, Emma Kallhovd, Conor Kallhovd, Molly Kallhovd, Aubrey Derby, Madison Derby and Blake Derby; his parents, John Derby and Helen Derby; and his brother Dennis Derby.
