She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Clark and Ival Randolph Looney; and her sister Ronna Williams. She is survived by: her brother Jared Looney of Parkersburg; her brother-in-law Paul Williams of Vienna, W. V; and also Terry Conti of Bay Shore. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
