It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Francis Courtien (Bay Shore, New York), who passed away on January 8, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joanne; his daughter Kate Oppenheimer; his grandson Wyatt James Oppenheimer; and his siblings, Maryanne Percy, Eileen, Frank, Arthur, Joseph and David Courtien.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in John's loving memory to the Cancer Institute at Good Samaritan, 1000 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795.
