He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfonse Monaco and Lucia Monaco; his close friend Ronald Burns; his sisters, Lucy Fois and Grace Castelli; and his nieces and nephews, Andy, Cindy Fois, Vicki, Roxanne, Joseph Castelli and Christopher Castelli.

The cause of death was complications from covid.
