We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2024, at the age of 96, Marie N. Dempsey of Ballston Spa, New York, born in Schenectady, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Newsome and Helen Conahan; her husband Edward J. Dempsey; and her siblings, Shirley Renkawitz, Patricia Sanders and Thomas Bates.
She is survived by: her sons, James (Kathy) of Scotia and Mark (Stephanie); her granddaughter Katherine of Austin, Texas.; and her sister Joan LaPlace of Schuylerville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
