He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lichva and Pauline Lichva; and his brother Harold North. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lichva; his children, Julie Shippee and Gary Lichva (Nicole); his grandchildren, Michael Shippee, David Shippee (Jenn), Charlotte Lichva, Colin Lichva and Cole Lichva; his great grandchild Layla Shippee; and his sister Judith Robinson (Neil). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
