She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schnars and Ruth Schnars (Rickett) of Ballston Spa; her husband David C. Frank; her sisters, Elaine Whalen (Thomas) and Ellen Francis Hyde (Charles); her niece Lindy Reilly (Brian); and her nephew Lee Whalen.
She is survived by: her sons, David Frank II of Houston, Texas and Gregg Frank of Brunswick; her grandchildren, David Frank III of Houston, Texas. and Olivia Frank of Houston, Texas.; her nieces and nephews, Cheryl Davia (Chris), Lorrie Patenaude (Mike), Beth Smisloff (Mark), Christine Frank, Mark Whalen, Tim Whalen (Mary), Tim Frank, Alex Rhea (Kristen) and Justin Rhea; her daughter-in-law Kelly Mayo-Frank; and her sisters-in-law, Yvonne Frank (Pat) and Candace Rhea (John).
