We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2022, at the age of 86, Thomas Benedict Kudlacik (Ballston Lake, New York), born in Witherbee, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Kudlacik; and his siblings, John Kudlacik, Anna Lawler, Julia Heald, Stella Harvish, Frank Kudlacik and Leo Kudlacik.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Rodick of Mineville, NY; his daughters, Ann Collins (Dennis), Rachel Winters (Frank) and Sara Erlbaum (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Danielle Kudlacik (Kraig Turner), Luke Winters, Colin Winters, Hannah Erlbaum and Noah Erlbaum; his great grandchild Mirah Turner; and his brothers, Henry Kudlacik and Bernard Kudlacik.
