He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Phang and Princess Guthrie Turner; his siblings, Patrick Phang, Hermine McFarlane and Yvonne Brown; and his daughter Hope Princess Guthrie.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carol Guthrie; his children, Eric Guthrie (Ana), Tracey Guthrie, MD (Kate) of Rhode Island, Keith Guthrie of New York and Kevin Guthrie of Florida; and his grandson Kevin Peter Guthrie Jr.. He is also survived by numerous siblings, cousins, nephews and nieces.
